Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program
This program is designed to meet all of the different goals that our students might have. Whether it be weight loss, confidence, competition or just a healthy hobby, this program will assist in reaching the goals that our students have set forth.
We believe in being well rounded when it comes to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so we incorporate techniques from Judo and wrestling that will improve the students Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We teach classes both in the Gi and without the Gi (No Gi). Both styles are fun and essential to learning the art.
Training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great physical workout, as well as a great mental workout. There are very few activities that can provide that all while teaching you how to protect yourself in the process. Try a free class to see what it's all about!
